HI,
Does the DUNIX can limit per-process working set (allocation space)? I
have see the NOTE 1607, it seems can satisfy our requirement.
Could someone can explain the following attributes meaning and usage:
The system limits are in /etc/sysconfigtab
proc:
max-per-proc-datasize
max-per-proc-address-space
vm:
vm-maxvas
Appreciate any hints about those attribute affect and how to tune.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I have read the Tuning Guide but lack the
description in B-15 about those proc attributes.
We have done the proc/mem tuning, it is very useful. We have another
problem is the user runs ERGO sar software, it still affects other
process very much.
How can I limit the ERGO sar process to prevent others from low
response. And any hints to tune the I/O subsystem, the ERGO sar does
the very hard I/O.
Regards,
