| If you mean that the host _is_ the primary DNS server for one or more
domains, and you're changing its IP address, you've got _many_ changes
to make on many hosts, including the named database and boot files in
/etc/namedb, the named boot files on the secondaries, /etc/resolv.conf
on all the clients, and many other files on the host itself, depending
on what software you have installed. It's not a simple change,
especially if your subnet is also changing, and in some cases it may be
easier to just run the setup scripts all over again and re-install any
layered software.
If you mean only that the name server you _use_ has changed, just run
bindsetup or edit /etc/resolv.conf, which is the only file that's
important.
