My customer has a HP laserJet Direct card printer. He expects to connect the printer to our Digital Unix V3.2d system, and requests Digital to help him.) I read a TIMA database (How to configure a Print Qeue for HP laserJet Direct Card) and then fax to customer. Customer can print a file to the printer, but it seems too much garbage on output. Would anyone have this expereince ? Any idea should be appreciated.

> it seems too much garbage on output What exactly do you mean by "too much garbage" ? Sounds like you may not be using the right filter. leon |
