A customer is looking for an 'official' statement of what versions of the OS are supported (by CSC and engineering). Specifically, she wants something to show to her management that will convince them to upgrade - they're currently stuck at 2.0B and she wants to upgrade to 3.2C at least. Any idea where I could find a statement like: 'OS versions released more than 1 year ago are no longer officially supported.'? TIA -Jason [Posted by WWW Notes gateway]

A product manager would be a good start for an official engineering answer. For the CSC you'll probably want to talk with someone in the CSC. As you at least seem to be in the same building as a significant portion of the US CSC staff, that probabl won't be hard. |
