No, V4.0C will only contain support for new hw.
It would have been nice to merge with the support pools but it was
thought to be too risky given the aggressive schedule of V4.0C.
i believe there will be a setld patch kit for V4.0C though.

What's the difference between releasing V4.0C / a patch kit at the same time and incorporating them into V4.0C already? -- It does look a little bit stupid when we release a new Digital UNIX kit with a whole bunch of patches right with it ...
