    Hello, I have a customer who us in need of the escape sequences for
    the VT220 and VT320 keyboards.  I've looked on the WEB and found
    nothing and the manuals are back ordered; anyone have these key escape
    sequences?

You might poke around ATLANT::TERMINALS.  They've got keywords like 
ESCAPE-SEQUENCES and DOCUMENTATION.  The few notes I looked at yielded mostly
unofficial lists and hardcopy order numbers, but maybe you can ferret out
something useful.
