Can anyone tell me what is the latest version of Micro Focus COBOL that can
be run on Digital Unit 4.0b? And conversly what is the earliest version that
can run on Digital Unix 4.0b?

The latest release of the Micro Focus COBOL product through Digital is Micro Focus COBOL V4.0. This has a support base of Digital UNIX V3.2. There's been some additional testing of the product on Digital UNIX V4.0, however, this does not imply that Micro Focus will provide support for all problems found when using their product on Digital UNIX V4.0. The additional testing run by Micro Focus was on Digital UNIX V4.0. One of our field test sites also tested with Digital UNIX V4.0A. Testing has not occurred on Digital UNIX V4.0B, though I'm aware that there are some customers running with this base. -Joanne | |||||
