    comand woreks when we configure uucp over tcp/ip ?

     If it works what is the special method we need to use in this

8820.1why not use telnet?NETRIX::"[email protected]"Farrell WoodsThu Feb 13 1997 09:449
I believe that cu is intended only for communication over serial lines.
It does not support communication between systems connected on a LAN.
If you want to communicate between systems on a LAN then you may want
to use telnet or rlogin.

8820.2IS there any document says that cu is not supported on uucp over tcp/ip?QCAV02::NRHEGDET&E or R&D !?Mon Feb 17 1997 01:5310
    Hi Thx for reply. But is there any document says that cu is not
    supported when uucp is configured over tcp/ip? Because my customer
    wants to use CU but I am telling him to use teonet /rlogin.

     If I get any such supported documentation I can ask him to accept that
    and close the issue.

    regards

8820.3I can't think of such a documentNETRIX::"[email protected]"Farrell WoodsMon Feb 17 1997 10:338
Lack of specific caveats such as this do not imply that a given tool should
work everywhere.
