Hi,
How can I check the video resolution in use in a DEC3000/300 Worksta-
tion? Is it possible to change the resolution that the system seted up au-
tomatically? The system is running with OSF/1 V3.2.
Thanks,
Daniel

The DEC3000 has a turbochannel bus and an older set of graphics cards. The standard cards for that system are the PMAGB-BA and PMAGD-xx which both operate only at 1280x1024. Not sure what you wanted to change it to, but it can't be changed as far as I know (1280 is considered quite good, and higher resolutions or only becoming available just now on commercial high end graphics cards). sizer -gt will tell you the graphics card name and sizer -gr will tell you what resolution its running. For help understanding what graphics card sizer -gt is see: http://healey.zk3.dec.com/hw_query/graphics/Index.html Paul [Posted by WWW Notes gateway] | |||||
