I'm configuring a Trucluster Available Server and considering Raid
Array 450 for storage.
The documentation that I found in Web IR says that, for Digital UNIX
4.0, there's no support for dual redundant HSZ50-AF controller (single
controller support only).
My questions are:
1) Is Raid Array 450 supported by Trucluster Available Server?
2) Can I configure dual redundant HSZ50-AF controllers?

Old information. That problem was fixed with a patch for V4.0 and V4.0A. V4.0B already contains the fix. The patch is available through standard channels. So if you have V4.0B, or if you have V4.0/V4.0A with the patch then HSZ50 dual redundant controllers ARE supported. Fred Knight | |||||

According to the SPD that is coming with the Assoc. Products CD from the V4.0B kit, HSZ50 is supported with TruCluster ASE/Production Server Regards, Arnold | |||||
