	Well, first of all, the token ring driver for V2.0 has alot of bugs that have been fixed for the V3.2 releases. From your description, it sounds like this site is experiencing at least three of these bugs. I don't believe we support V2.0 anymore, so the only course of action that you have available is to upgrade.
