We're trying to do a similar thing with a Jensen/DECpc AXP 150/DEC 2000

We cannot 'ping' any of the systems in 16.62.64.0. They can call
communicate with each other.

When we tried to start 'routed' it gives the following:
# routed
bind: address already in use
# iprsetup -d
ipforwarding = 1
ipgateway = 1
ipfirewall = 0
ipchkredirects = 0
ipsrcroute = 1
All the hardware is functioning. If we boot Windows NT, works.
