    I know this maybe a silly request; however, I cannot seem to find this
    information in writing.  Does the "Send Blank Cover Memo" Option
    in the Create message preference window apply to IOS?  Does 
    IOS send a Cover memo with each message in ALL circumstances?
    
    I have a customer that has switched for Mailworks to IOS and the option
    is now greyed-out in the Preferences of the Create Message window
    and they want an explanation.
    
    
    The site is using TL-2.7-2 and IOS 3.2
