ALL-IN-1 V3.1 TLC V2.

The customer has complained that the OAFC server process after some long
interval of time will begin to "hang" at more frequent intervals. When it does
"hang" he stop/starts and it will run for a while and then "hang" again. He
thinks that rebooting his system seems to restart the cycle.

Is there any thing that he can do to alleviate this behavior.

    Cb,
    
    Firstly, install to TLC V2.5, then install the latest ICFs for both the
    FCS and AIDA servers.
    
    Finally, make sure that you've installed any VMS patches that might
    affect ALL-IN-1 - there's a lot of notes in this conference discussing
    these (look for me as the author is a good start).

I noticed in some previous notes a referrence to a document
iosg::user1:[library]file_cab_server_tuning.txt

I tried copying this file, but I received "File not found"

I would appreciate it if someone could please send me a pointer to this
document.

    I have a feeling that this document was simply a draft of the sections
    on tuning the File Cabinet Server from the Managing Servers book (part
    of the ALL-IN-1 Version 3.2 documentation set).
