    Hi,
    
    Customer running 3.1 fully patched reports random TeamLinks connections
    problems. He expects this only happens for IP users.
    
    To troubleshoot the problems, one FCS runs for DECnet PC's,
    one for IP (dummy DECnet object).
    
    I logged in this morning to check the system. The FCS was started last 
    night. No errors in log file. All system/process quotas are very high.
    
    I noticed Conn_rej (SAI) was already 30. When does this counter gets
    incremented ?
    
    Drawer Cache is set to 60. Would it help to raise this value
    for this TeamLinks-only system with up to 200 concurrent
    clients ?
