    Our customer is seeing the following error message in 
    the wpcorp$mrmlog:transact.log
    
    %CVT-e-bof trying to move past beginning of file
    
    and the message is not sent, no delivery failure notification
    is received.
    
    It has happened approx 20 times since February to different users.  
    
    I have been unable to find an explanation of this error.
    Any ideas on what might be causing the problem?
