>> %EMD-W-ASS_BODYPART_ER This means that ALL-IN-1 was unable to assemble a message bodypart. The message assembly will have been aborted, and the message will not have been sent to any remote recipients. The message originator should have received a Send Failure Notification, if the system was able to send one! Note that any local recipients probably did receive the message. This isn't really message loss - the system just couldn't send it, and has reported that fact. >> -OA-W-DSKACPERR This is why ALL-IN-1 couldn't assemble the bodypart. There was some error while accessing the disk. Unfortunately I can't tell you any more than that. Was the .WPL file that caused the error in STREAM format by any chance? If so, ALL-IN-1 has to copy it to the 'proper' .WPL format before it can be assembled. Such a copy is the only place I can see where this error could be generated. But whatever, this points to some problem with the customer's system, rather than a problem within ALL-IN-1. If this persists, and it is only ALL-IN-1 having these disk errors, and it is causing the customer a real problem, you could IPMT it. That way someone could spend more time figuring out why the error is generated, although the end result is still likely to point back at a problem with the customer's system. Scott |
