I need some way of viewing all (possibly 2 to 300) messages that I have updated with Keywords, over the last two years. For example, on ALL-IN-1 related messages, I have AAA (UPI of actual manufacturing part) as a keyword. At the moment I need to specify AAA to bring up all such messages. Can I (as a User) get a directory of these messages using a wildcard? Thanks John

John If you don't want to write any customisations then you could proceed as follows: On the INDEX find form, fill in the 4 keyword fields with A B C D and leave the "match all" field set to N. Repeat for E - H, I - L etc. The keyword matches are for "beginning" so, as long as your part numbers start with a letter, you will track them down in 7 indexes. If they could start with a number also, then it will take 9 indexes. If you are willing to do a customisation, then you need and .KEYWORDS NES "" in your FOR or BIND statement. Dick |
