mail reader, e.g.

It'd have shown	"Read by:	" that precedes "Date Sent:"

/NOCUSTOM didn't make any difference on this production cluster, while their 
development system nad my internal system did show "Read by: ". Comparison of 
PROFIL records of tested accounts was claimed to have had identical details

Any quick suggestion, and would tracing reveal the cause ?
