| The manager has to do it when the account is created, or later with SM
MUA SEL <account name> E
The user is not allowed to change this, because it is used to create
directory information.

2559.2 | which field to change in SM MUA SEL E | ZGOMIF::CNKHOO | | Tue Mar 11 1997 06:09 | 9 |
| Which field should I change to effect this.
I do not see any parmeter or field relating to the mail header.
I try changing some of the fields.
I am still not able to have the OWNER: above the Date: on the
ALL-IN-1 mail header when I do a mail print-out.

2559.3 | | IOSG::PYE | Graham - ALL-IN-1 Sorcerer's Apprentice | Tue Mar 11 1997 07:52 | 14 |
| In the standard product (English), the mail header looks like this:
I N T E R O F F I C E M E M O R A N D U M
Date: 11-Mar-1997 07:49am GMT
From: Graham Pye
PYE
Dept: IOSG
The name after the 'From' field in the header comes from the 'Full
Name' field at the bottom of the first page of SM MUA E. You'll also
see that the account name is displayed on the line after the 'From' in
the header.

If you want to change the Text on the header, and add an additional field, then
you need to modify the .BLP files, using the Customisation Management
subsystem. The files are called something like oa$blp:mailmemo*.blp.

| Perhaps we should clarify what exactly .0 means by the "OWNER" field?

2559.6 | owner name in mail header | ZGOMIF::CNKHOO | | Sat Mar 29 1997 09:54 | 13 |
| What I am trying to do this : When anyone print a mail to the printer, I want to identify
the owner of the account so that print-out can be traced back to their owner and not left piled up
on the tray. I want to add a line on top of the existing mail header to indicated the owner eg OWNER :
I try using the Customisation Management subsystem, SM CSZ and the following error appeared :
"Your profile is being edited; please contact your ALL-IN-1 manager " . I using the ALL-IN-1 manager
account. Any ideas ??

2559.8 | problem granting privs to do CM | IOSG::TYLDESLEY | | Sun Mar 30 1997 21:38 | 8 |
| It probably means that someone has tried to grant you either PRVAPP
or MANAPP, and the job has failed. Get your system manager to check
the PRVAPP field in the Profile (MGT MUA) and also check the script
symbiont queue where you may find a stalled job related to granting
this priv. To make your account useable again, get your manager to
UNLOCK the account from MGT.

| re .6:
Reply .4 tells you which files to modify.
Suitable fields containing a name identifying the owner of the account might be
PROFIL.FULNAM[OA$USER] or UAI$.OWNER[OA$PROFIL_VMSUSR].
That should be all you need.
