	Hello,


	I have a customer running 3.2 of ALL-IN-1.  He has about
	48 users connected to the AIDA server and about 98 connected
	to the FCS.  His value for the maximum number of connected
	clients is 200.  Today he received the message 'the maximum
	number of user's has been reached'.  This is the first time
	he has gotten this message and he has been at 3.2 since
	November.  

	If this number has to be changed, the customer will change
	it.  His concern is since the number is so high, and the
	number of connected users is not even near this number, what
	is the AIDA server looking at to think it's at its maximum?
