| Hi,
One thing the System manager has to set up is an Archive Area. This is
done from the menu option SM MAR. From this menu you can check whether
there is an open Archive area with Status OPEN. If not just create one.

| Hi Stuart,
according to the costumer he has already done that; he created the arquive area
and set the flag to open.
He also said that he then do the option ADS -arquive procedure with flag set to
inforce arquive. I sure would like to give you more information about this.
Do you think that the costumer has to do anything else to put the procedure
working?
Thanks,
NelsonR.

| Hi,
What version of ALL-IN-1 is your customer running? Has the customer
made any customisations to the archive procedures?
Also get the customer to go to SM MAR and then type R to read the Open
Archive Area. The resulting display will show what disk directory has
ben assigned to the archive area. Check that the directory does
actually exist.
Cheers

| The costumer is running version 3.0 PBL123A portuguese, under vms 5.5-2H4.
I will talk to the costumer to check if whats happening is what you mentioned in
the replies before.
Thanks for the help
