Having read topic 25 I thought I would try to see if I could get the mentioned
tool RECOVER II. But the CSC in the UK do not have ready access to it.

Is it still available ? Is its use reccomended ? If so how could I get a
copy ?

The Shared Area is closed and we have run with it for months without any
noticeable side affects. If we do not fix it, will it ever be a problem ?

Thanks in advance,
Karl Strong.

It may already be too late for the ALL-IN-1 tools to fix this
one. Somebody in the local support center has access to the
tools, or heads should roll. Call and request that they escalate
until the local resouce can be found.

Thanks Dave,

I chased the call with the UK CSC and it does appear we do not have the tool
here. Do you have any suggestions how I can get the RECOVER tool ?

Regards,
Karl.

I'm totally disappointed. All CSC's are supposed to have somebody
with access to RECOVER and knowledge about using it. I'd start
        writing a nasty letter.

Talk to Jill Houlding and see if she can provide some pointers.

Dave,

Thanks for your help. I contacted Dan and he sent me a copy of recover
(thanks Dan.). We ran it and it fixed our problems here.

Thanks again,
Karl.
