    When editing a user's profile to change the PRVAPP flag, the job is
    submitted to the OA$SCRIPT_ENGLISH queue.  It immediately STOPS the
    queue and the message in the queue is as follows:
    
    %JBC-E-SYMDEL, unexpected symbiont process termination
     -RMS-S-NORMAL, normal successful completion
    
    We have checked SYS$MANAGER:SYLOGIN.COM and the entry to EXIT if
    A1$SCRIPT is there.  We could log into VMS and ALL-IN-1 under
    the A1$SCRIPT account (after changing UAF access restrictions).
    
    We deleted the queue and let ALL-IN-1 create it again, still could
    not edit profile.  No message is sent to the Manager.  
    
    Customer is running V3.2 of ALL-IN-1 in a cluster (1 VAX and 1 AXP).
    
    Any ideas on what else to check would be greatly appreciated.

    Problem solved...  Customer finally admitted they have ALL-IN-1 V2.3
    running on one of the VAX's in the cluster - the other two nodes are
    running V3.2.
