I'm not sure if the POP3 server in Office Server helps here, probably
not. There's no help in CDA for UUENCODE/MIME, and CDA is in
maintenance (sometimes!) mode, and is outsourced. There are UUDECODE
images for OpenVMS, so you could probably cutomise something. But
unless the decoded file was text you wouldn't be much better off.
Still, Exchange users seem to send me UUENCODE .TXT files, so perhaps
it would be useful!
