    I am echoing a few ideas regarding the latest DTR documentation.   The
    complaints are more cosmetic then anything - take it or leave it...
    
    The 7.0/7.1 paper documentation has 2 features which could be improved.
    
    1). When the documentation is stacked vertically because the end doesn't
        have a titled printed on it, it is hard to tell what manual is what.  
    
    2). When stacking the paper manuals vertically the cut out window that
        reveals the title (from the front) rips and the front cover has a
        big rip in it.    
    
    Suggestion:
    ===========
    
    Standardize the DTR paper documentation to include the title of the 
    document on the bound side of the document to make selection easier
    and less of a guessing game.  
    
    Standardize the front cover to have the name of the document printed
    on it to elinate the cut out 2 windows.
    
    Both of these features are available with VMS and Unix documents.
