3579.0. "mmap write failure error" by WASHDC::MOOREK () Wed May 21 1997 09:30

    Customer is doing a large compile using DEC C++ v5.5.  The compiler
    exits with an error message of:
    
    make_outbuf: mmap write failure (Not enough space)
    
    Is this error indicative of not allocating enough virtual address
    space?  Are there any suggestions for which kernel parameters to
    change?
