Hi,

	run into following behaviour, if SYSMAN returns an error.
VMSINSTAL then fails with target of GOTO not found.
CXX V5.5-017 on OpenVMS VAX V6.2
   
A fix for the next release (V5.6) will be pretty fine.

    This kit contains an Installation Verification Procedure
    (IVP) to  verify the correct  installation of the DEC C++
    compiler.  The IVP will be placed in:

                SYS$TEST:CXX$IVP.COM

    After the installation is complete, you can invoke the
    command file at any time to reverify that DEC C++ is
    installed and working correctly.
