BNU does not use logicals. It does use resource files and .ODL files. The
setup procedure on each ODL CD-ROM set defines the appropriate resources
in the BNU resource file (DECW$SYSTEM_DEFAULTS:BNU.DAT).

This is not necessary with BNU. When you run the ODL setup procedure, it
adds an entry to the system's LIBRARY.ODL (the location of this library is
defined by the 'BnuLibrary.library' resource which, by default, points to
DECW$SYSTEM_DEFAULTS:LIBRARY.ODL.

No.

They can still use Bookreader logicals with Bookreader to access Bookreader
CD's on another node.

Yes, there are some HTML books on the March ODL. For example, the new FORTRAN
docsets include HTML books.
Yes, Netscape Navigator is invoked to display HTML files (but be patient--it
may take a while if it has to cold-start Netscape Navigator.)
I think you mean that everything has used Bookreader to display? BNU only
navigates the library and invokes the appropriate viewer for the book you
choose to open.

More information on this will be forthcoming, but if you follow the setup
instructions with the ODL, you shouldn't need to do any more "management"
of you ODL libraries.
I hope this helps.
