| Illuminations is a great bookstore! I stopped in (after fixing a
lawnmower) and was impressed with the variety of subjects covered.
Stop by during lunch or on your way to Kimball's.

What all do they have there? Just books, or do they have other things
as well - essential oils, rocks, candles, tools-of-the-trade, etc.?

| Cindy, they do have a little bit of everything you asked about, as well
as weekly get-togethers on a variety of subjects. Last Friday evening
I attended a circle and channeling which was very energizing; this
event occurs the first and third Friday of each month. On June 8
they'll have a drumming circle. June 4 is Talligai attunements. Etc.

The other night I stopped into Illuminations, and Anne has gotten in a
lot of great things to give as gifts for the holidays including drums,
lovely CDs, lots of dream-catchers, and candles.
The candles are really pretty - 6-8 sides, 6-12" tall, and they each
have some of the gemstones in them. The ice pink candles have rose
quartz, salmon pink has rodochrosite, blue has sodalite...and so on.
As I was standing at the counter talking with Anne, she said that she
seemed to be ordering a lot of candles for the shop, and initially
couldn't figure out why. Then only earlier that day she remembered the
name of the shop ('Illuminations'), and it suddenly made perfect sense.
(;^)
[For those of you who have not been by there, each of the 'i's in the
bookstore logo have a candleflame over them instead of the usual dot.]

Former DEJAVUer Carole Fretts will be giving a 6-week evening
astrology workshop at Illuminations beginning on February 13, 1995.
The cost will be $60-$70, and there must be a minimum of 6 people
signed up.

| Illuminations also carries beautiful and unique angels hand-made
by Talligai. I bought one over the weekend that I absolutely
fell in love with when I saw her. Talligai was there, giving attune-
ments, and told me to ask the angel what her name is. I did, and
I learned her name. She is magical.
I also bought several 1995 wall calendars at Illuminations which
are going to be lovely gifts.

KEYS TO THE TAROT
The theory and practice of using the Tarot. Learn divination
and meditation in a lecture/workshop format that includes
basic layouts for readings, how to interpret readings and
how to gain more knowledge of the universe through Tarot
meditations.
Classes are held on Thursday nights for 6 weeks.
