  Meditation for Self-Healing, Katherine Lee, LCMT 
  Tuesday, April 19 

	Will discuss different types of meditation and their many 
	benefits, and cover current research on meditation and 
	stress-management. Participants will be led on a guided
	meditation for first-hand experience. Katherine is a certified
	yoga instructor.


  Neuromuscular Therapy, Dale Blodget, LCMT 
  Wednesday, April 20 

	How neuromuscular therapy is an effective massage that helps
	ease aches, pains, and stiffness. The technique will be 
	demonstrated on willing participants. Bring a large towel. 
	Dale is a licensed, certified massage therapist.

  Shiatsu (Japanese Acupressure), Karin Ellingboe, R.N. 
  Tuesday, April 26 

	Discussion of the oriental concept of Ki, vital energy, which
	flows through pathways in the body called meridians. Presenter
	and participants will use Shiatsu to enhance the smooth and 
	free flow of Ki, and to experience the relaxing, revitalizing
	results. Wear loose clothing. Karin is a licensed, certified
	massage therapist.

  Gem, Fruit, and Flower Essences for Health, Deborah Bier, M.Ed.
  Tuesday, May 3 

	Essences are special preparations of substances which can help 
	transform body, mind, and spirit, brining into awareness our
	innate sense of wellness and wisdom. We'll review the WHOLE
	ENERGY ESSENCES line of essences (of which the presenter is 
	the creator) to understand how they can strengthen harmony
	in our lives. Deborah is a holistic practitioner combining
	psychotherapy with hands-on energy work.

  Introduction to Massage, Barbara Petricone, LCMT
  Tuesday, May 10 

	Learn what it is like to get a massage. Demonstration of use
	of oil, proper draping, various massage techniques, and more.
	Learn about the effects of stress on the body and health 
	system. See how massage can break the "pain-spasm-pain"
	cycle. Barbara is a licensed, certified massage therapist.

  Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Phil Milgrom
  Tuesday, May 17

	This body-oriented healing art combines the science of yoga
	with elements of contemporary bodymind psychology. It is the 
	one-on-one application of yoga for relaxing the body and 
	calming the mind, as well as for enhancing personal growth.
	Through use of assisted yoga postures, breathwork, and
	dialogue, we explore and release deeply-held physical and
	emotional tension. Phil is a certified yoga instructor and
	Phoenix Rising yoga therapist. He works at Digital and teaches
	yoga and stress reduction classes there.

    I am attending the "Intro to Massage" workshop at H&H tonight, but I've
    lost the directions!  :-/  Does anyone know of an easy way to get there
    from 495?

    2A/110 is King St. Just take 110 from 495 toward Littleton (east on
    110). It will be on your left just before the center of town.
