How neuromuscular therapy is an effective massage that helps
ease aches, pains, and stiffness. The technique will be
demonstrated on willing participants. Bring a large towel.

Discussion of the oriental concept of Ki, vital energy, which
flows through pathways in the body called meridians. Presenter
and participants will use Shiatsu to enhance the smooth and

This body-oriented healing art combines the science of yoga
with elements of contemporary bodymind psychology. It is the
one-on-one application of yoga for relaxing the body and
calming the mind, as well as for enhancing personal growth.
Through use of assisted yoga postures, breathwork, and
dialogue, we explore and release deeply-held physical and
emotional tension. Phil is a certified yoga instructor and
Phoenix Rising yoga therapist. He works at Digital and teaches
yoga and stress reduction classes there.

Where is H&H in relation to LKG? It has to be close by, yet I've
never seen it.

| I am attending the "Intro to Massage" workshop at H&H tonight, but I've
lost the directions! :-/ Does anyone know of an easy way to get there
from 495?
