I frequently have outer body experiences, more often when im really
tired ,but in a state where i cant sleep. My inner soul does leave my
body, and a close up view of an unfamiliar ground is visable. I cant
control where i go or what i see. I have many ways of reaching this
state.For ex... I recently moved to colorado from california, in
Calif there is a classic rock station, every wednesday theres a show
called headsets. The idea is to put a pair of headphones on, close your
eyes and release all of your so called energy. the show is mixed with
variotions of very mellow songs and sound effects. The results are very
intence and sometimes very rewarded.Almost a state of abreacton.
