Hi, brother Lorenzo!
On spiritual gifts: that's hard to say. In Gen 40:8-19, Joseph pointed out
that interpretation of dreams "belonged to God," yet then proceeded to interpret
some dreams, and did so accurately. If you accept a spiritual gift as a gift
from God, then this makes sense. Yet Joseph had this gift, and apparently he
just came to understand and use it.
On Tarot cards -- that's easy, but somewhat tricky. Tarot cards have a rather
blurred history; the modern card deck derived from them. There are quite a few
versions of Tarot card (the "traditional" one is the Rider-Waite deck, which is
the one easiest to obtain; the one I prefer is the Morgan-Greer deck; I also
have several others, including an Aquarian deck. There is the "Crowley-Thoth"
deck, which some dig, but which I don't enjoy working, FWIW). There are several
introductory books on the subject, including _Tarot_ by Manly P. Hall, Windows of
_Tarot_ by F. D. Graves, _Mastering the Tarot_ by Eden Gray, and _Pictorial
Key to the Tarot_ by A. E. Waite.
