I know that one basic difference between channeling and say a psychic reading i.e. Tarot cards or even a straight reading is that the channeler steps aside and allows information to come through so... could one say that without the interpretation and the persons own stuff getting in the way in a regular reading that a channeled reading might be considered more accurate? Or... could they also suffer from the same pitfalls such as picking up on the sitters hopes and dreams... having a bad connection... etc. Also, I have seen many notes saying that future predictions are mutable. Would that also go along with a channeled reading.

re: .0 (The house of ::USHER)
In a word, "Yes."
It depends on the source, I imagine. But most of the channeled
entities I am aware of allow for the fact that we create our own
reality and therefore are capable of making changes.
If you see our reality as being a massively complex network
of threads (each representing a separate belief or emotion) forming
a particular reality (tapestry) then it is easier to envision that
where there is a knot might be a place where a whole bunch of these
threads intersect. IF that intersection represents a (future) event
it's likelihood of staying tangled depends on how many other threads
have to be moved out of the way. In the case of predicting a future
event, how many beliefs and/or emotions have to be changed in order
to prevent the "collision course?" How strongly held are those
beliefs/feelings? If they can be eliminated, by whatever means,
then the event will no longer become a likely one, or it's significance
will be greatly diminished.
If any channeled being would say otherwise then I would very
seriously consider de-valuing their worth.

re:.0
::USHER,
Whenever the human element is present there is the
chance of ones own stuff getting in the way. My perspective (I.M.H.O.)
is that even the entity that finds a channel has its own stuff and it
may too get in the way.
To your other point: I believe the future is always mutable- right
up to the last infitesimal fraction of a moment of the present- by
virtue of my own stuff.
Later,
Mark

All I know about Channelling is that it can be extremely dangerous for
the Channel...I know a Channel who almost got lost in the 'Sea of
Faces'...
