Hello to you, too.
There are various people who read DEJAVU who are Europeans
or at least living in Europe. Perhaps you can establish contact
with them. There is an introductory note in here, too (in which
this note probably belongs.) By looking through it, you may be
able to contact some DEC employees who also share your interests.
Don't worry about the English. Most of us can probably
understand what you are trying to say...if not, we can always
clarify it. Have fun and happy journeying.

Not having English as your primary language can be an asset.
Since it's my primary language, I'm often left with desperately little
excuse when I say something totally incomprehensible to fellow
English-speakers.

Well, since it just popped up on my screen a few minutes ago,
I can tell you that it's NOTE 16.
Also, there is a GLOBAL DEJAVU or something like that...I still
don't have time to look. In it are some of the people who live in
countries that we in the USA call foreign, such as Holland, France,
England, Texas, etc. You may wish to put a note in there, too, if
you find it.
