I am currently writing a story which involves a dream of Creation.
Could anyone help me with the names of the first man and woman created
in various cultures' creation myths - particularly South American
Indian myths, though others mght be useful.
Off the top of my head I can only think of, er, Adam was it? And Eve?

This one has no single first man and woman, but rather the various races were created en mass: Elohda (mother earth) wanted to make human beings, however creation was the province of Nyankopong (lord of the sky). Elohda formed her people and was in the midst of baking them when caught by Nyankopong. The different stages of baking explain the various colors. Nyankopong was so enraged, he was never seen on earth again. Beth | |||||
