I believe I've seen a note in this conference dealing with dowsing. You
can try a title search for Dowsing.
I too believe it works, it seems to be one of the most accepted types
of 'supernatural' gifts, which are not supernatural at all, just more
developed in some than others.

You might have better luck asking about this in SERENA::HOME_WORK topic
1111.* has a directory of topics or use the key word WELL there has been
