hi fred ... wow ... i was just going to ask whether the info from
ophelia or michael made the most sense to you ... i guess it was what
you were ready for in each case ... i'm still wanting to talk to
ophelia, but, as i was telling mikki, the only time i think of it is at
work and i can't call her from here (maybe i don't want to as much as i
thought???) ... anyway, i do think i'll gain some valuable insight when
and if i ever get around to remembering in the right spot at the right
time. when i do i'll let you (y'all) know how it went... but, don't
    hold yer breath ;')

btw, what did you, fred h. and the "two women" have for lunch???

And all this time I thought your middle name was something else
    (procrastination=furrbutt?) ;-)

Yeah, that's sort of it...it being that the timing and what you
want have lots to do with it. When it's right, it is. We set
ourselves up for either the positive OR the negative.
What did we have for lunch? Well, I'd like to say something
that might not get appreciated but it wouldn't be true anyway, so
why start me ? :-) But I *do* remember it was at Mrs. Candy's,
the restaurant inside the Hyatt Regency at the Embarcadero, and that
I had either a nice salad or a big burger. Fred was very funny
(he used to be compared a bit to Steve Martin cause he looks a bit
like him...but I think he wanted to get away from that connection)
and the women were/are desirable, what else can I tell you? 8-)

oh, when i went to see the walk-ins back in 19 ot 87 ... just before
you introduced me to Lazaris ... they channeled michael, too, not
necessarily the same one ... guess it's a fairly common name ;')

you forgot to tell me how you had your burger cooked and what dressing
on your salad |^) ... i'm just being 'cheeky' as my husband would say

anyway, i recently got a tape by Lazaris called "stop feeling not good
enough" and this one really spoke to me ... one of my bottom lines is
shame, and it seemed that all the above (martyr, victim, self-pity,
etc.) were my blocks ... and i'm really not a bad person (i know
that), but i have that shadow and i'm pretty sure now that's my real
bottom line, underlying the shame ... and the shame is not being good
enough because i'm not a boy ... my father preferred my brothers after
they were born and i felt like a reject ... i've found the processing
and meditations in this tape most helpful and highly recommend it to
those of you who can't quite figure out which hang-up(s) are yours ...
if you think they all are, then probably you have a not good enough
feeling lurking somewhere (Lazaris says everyone has the feeling to
varying degrees) .. it goes beyond affirmations ... reciting i am good
enough, i do deserve, etc. to face the emotion, feel it, realize how
you got it, reasons this no longer applies, etc.. i'm very excited
about how i've been feeling lately (since the sirius intensive) and
    from working with this tape.

i know i got off on a tangent, but what the hey!! ;-)

    have a fun 4th everyone!!

How could one approach aquiring the tape "Stop feeling not good
    enough"?
When I read the title, I thouht "I'd love to, but...". Maybe Laz can
give me the rap? I'd be all ears @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@!

There is a fairly recent Lazaris tape listing towards the
current end of note 406. That note also lists phone numbers and
address. You could also check most metaphysical book stores.

and the name of the tape is "stop feeling not good enough" ...
    enjoy it.

Gee...a really strange thought just came to mind.

What if Lazaris starts channelling Frederick?

I'd definitely pay for that experience. (;^)

Forgive me, Freddie - I've been reading too much Dave Barry.

I have other ways of being in other people's bodies, if you don't

    re: Janice

Good! (but it should be in Ophelia's note, not Michael's...;-) )
Yes, I would be interested in hearing your experience. As for
    questions, as a suggestion, don't expect fortune-telling and you'll
be fine...state your situation and ask for a resolution that may
work...be willing to work with core issues (usually these are issues
from early in this lifetime) which means working with child/adolescent
within...Ophelia does *not* go to the depth Lazaris does (neither
does Michael.) But both of them can, like Lazaris, see certain strong
current energy patterns or "blips" which stand out. Their help or
reading will be a reflection of those energies.
I specifically asked Ophelia for help with my child/adolescent
within and that was the basis for my talk with her. With Michael,
I asked for deeper truths and was told that I couldn't reach deeper
until I resolved some issues which lie closer to the surface. Lazaris
would probably have told me the deep stuff but would have advised me
to resolve it by utilizing/working on the surface stuff, which is a
definite impediment. Like a tossed stone, as long as the energy is
moving laterally, it'll skim the surface, until once that energy is
released...at which point it can sink into the depths, whereupon
    lie the treasures.
