Cheryl,
I tend to experience physical reactions to emotional
situations. Generally it's something that makes sense,
i.e. stomache problems - I can't stomache what's happening,
lower back pain - the situation is a pain in the a$*.
The heat you're experiencing could be an indication of
anger - being flaming mad.
