Maybe he's lonely. The music might soothe him. You might want
to check with a bird specialist to see whether he (or she, as the
case may be) would be better off with a companion.
Some of the activities, though, sound just like exercising.
Don't think there's anything paranormal about his activities, though.

I already know, that there is nothing paranormal about this bird;
I had already thought about getting an companion for him/her.

Be aware that if your bird has another bird as a companion,
they will bond to each other and not to you. However, if
you are not home a lot, a companion is an excellent idea.

| I had a parakeet once that would dance - even though he had another
parakeet for a companion. He would also sing. I just got the idea
that he liked the music...

| Our Budgie likes music too, especially certain synthesized tunes.
Then he goes wild!
