Greetings all!
I'm interested in visiting the Association for Research and
Enlightenment in Virginia Beach. This is the organization
founded by the descendents of mystic Edgar Cayce. I was
curious as to whether any noters had been there, and I
would welcome any advice about my visit (where to stay,
whom to contact, things not_to_be_missed, etc.).

The A.R.E had an interesting little bookstore when I was there
in the early '70s. A small, hand selected set of books.
Some of the "Study Group" material is quite interesting also.
They may still be leading some study groups by the Edgar Cayce
method that is outlined in the little red study group books.
There are pamphlets there that do not appear in their catalog,
printed there at their private press, for instance I found
an excellent study of the "I Ching".
It'd be interesting to hear what's going on there these days,
if you'd like, you might give us a report when you get back.
