    I would like to recommend a book,  it's called "The Weaver and
    the Abbey" by Michael Brown, the quest for a secret monastery
    in the Andes.
    
    It is a true story of a man's need to find an abbey he read
    about in another book, called "The secret of the Andes" by
    Brother Phillip.  It's a super book.

    The Weaver and the Abbey, gives hints about where the abbey is but
    he cannot give the acutal location since they are sworn to secrecy
    once they arrive.  He chose to go to the abbey because he suffered
    from nightmares, such as dreams of Jesus on the cross, various
    animals, etc.  Because of these dreams he had once gone over the
    edge and ended up in a mental situation but he still hadn't been
    able to resolve the dreams until he talked to his martial arts
    teacher who recommended Brother Philips' book to him.  The teacher
    had been to the abbey but wouldn't give much away except that it
    was a long hard journey.
