Live in the now with love and faith and trust.
Know that you are surrounded with loving, caring entities who
are making your pathway straight.
Give of the best that you have to the best of your knowledge,
knowing that that is all that is asked of anyone.
Looking back at situations gives you a different perspective,
but you can't know what would have happened if you would have
reacted differently. Again, you can't try all the paths.
Take the one that appeals to you most at any given time and
make the most of it. And keep going!
Surround each and every person and situation with love and
nothing but the best can come of it. You are meeting star
brothers and sisters in record numbers now, but they were
friends and relatives then and they are friends and relatives
now. Nothing is so very different, except you are wiser now
to the need of unconditional love and in the days ahead people
will be more aware and receptive to it. So it is critical
that you keep yourselves positive and loving. How? Take time
to plug into the Source and fill yourselves with peace and
love. What a blessing to those you meet!

It is true that since August 18 the pressures and the joys are
increasing. You will all feel the tensions and you need to
know that like athletes in training, you are being stretched
because time is getting short. By that we mean the time when
there will be a culmination of events on Mother Earth. Of
course, as you know, everyone will survive to go on to his or
her future, but all of you here came for a mission -- to be
helpers in this troubled time and for that you will need all
the strength you can command. And so you are being given
mini-lessons so to speak, to help you help others face their
problems. Remember, nothing can happen through you until it
happens to you. When you have experienced tension and
uncertainty and come through stronger and happier, then you
will be in a position to help others do likewise. And already
they are finding you and asking for help, both verbally and
non-verbally. They sense your higher vibrations and want and
need that in their lives. Keep up the good work!!
That means more than a catchy phrase. A smile starts positive
vibrations radiating out and helps others and comes back to
strengthen your faith and teaching abilities, which reinforces
a good nature. The spiral effect. Don't ever underestimate
it! It's vital to you at this time. Smile, even if you don't
feel like it. It lifts spirits all around.
Stand firm. There are too many indecisive people, lost
people, hurting people, right now that need the security of
someone with a sense of rightness of their convictions.
Take the necessary time to open to your God-self. You need
leadership too, and a light to follow. Don't lead in the
wrong direction.
And last, seek and rest in the deep peace that is your true
core -- your inner self, your strength.

Within the dance of the sun you will see much that leaves you
with sadness as you dwell with your earth brothers. In this
you will learn how your actions affect others by the way that
other men's actions will affect you. Beyond experience is
wisdom and with wisdom comes a desire to teach your brothers
with a light touch, soft as a whisper of the voice of the wind
in the trees when we walked this earth together. One cannot
live another's life or learn their lessons for them. And you
cannot force your brother to listen or to learn. That is the
task which we must all undertake for ourselves. So give your
lessons to your brother by living according to the voice of
the Great Spirit, that they may learn from your example and
give your advice when asked, but let it be light as the touch
of a feather. For it is not your choice, but theirs which
path they take. Be kind and rejoice in your brother's
accomplishments and do not live their sorrow when they take
the path of hardship.

Love and let go. All of life experience is just that. When
you graduate from a class your teachers, friends, and family
all wish you well and, loving you, let you go. Often this
means a move to another city or state and it is difficult to
know that someone you love will be far away. But be sure that
you can visit or even talk by telephone.
So when a love one makes the transition, you can still
communicate in the astral. You would not want to hold that
one back.

Carla,
It's interesting that St. Germaine used the symbol "telephone" in
this message. The telephone is used very often as a symbol during
mediumship classes and demonstrations I've attended and worked in,
in two different ways: 1) If you go for a mediumistic reading or
to a public demonstration, the medium should represent a ringing
telephone. If the medium comes to you with a message, you should
respond just as you would when you answer the phone with a hello
and an acknowledgement that you are understanding the mesage, and
2) If you are the medium, you should approach the process as if
you are answering the telephone call for someone who cannot come
to the phone, and just relay the message as best you can.
In our own private communications with our loved ones and friends
in spirit, we can also approach this process in the same way - as
if we are having a telephone conversation. They really aren't
very far away from us.

Thanks for sharing that info! Even before Germaine gave us that
message I had compared the communication between my conscious self
and my higher self somewhat like using a telephone. The line goes
through for communication, but is locked if I lose all reason!
I also wanted to tell all of you that because of some conflicts
several of us are having with a person in the group, I haven't
been going each week. I am working on getting copies of the
messages that were received, though, and will try to get those
in here soon. With peace,

Love is a great thing to teach by example. Not only do you
instruct others by your actions and attitude, but you benefit
by strengthening your ability to love and communicate, one
heart to another.
One who gives with no thought of payment or gain receives the
benefits tenfold through the law of cause and effect. Trans-
form all energies into love and you transform yourself into a
being of Light; stifle thoughts of love and you smother your
purpose.
Transforming self is transforming thought patterns. Raise
these thought patterns into the frequency of love and you
will not feel the effects which bring about multiple changes
around the world.
Be still at the innermost center of your being, for that is
both the starting and ending point, where the action truly is.
Love that which you are and recognize that which you are is
also what your neighbor is. Love your enemies and follow the
Christ example. Tear down your neighbor and your own house
falls.
Peace begins at the still point within and ranges outward, like
a pebble tossed into a pool causes an ever-widening circle of
energy.
Teach love by causing others to guide their thoughts along
these lines of forgiveness, charity, and compassion. Give to
others the knowledge of where love begins, its eternal nature,
and the power of this energy force.
Be content with small beginnings. The pebble tossed into a
pool has small beginnings, but the circle that reaches out from
that center grows very large.
Truly there are countless examples of love and each one a
miracle in its own right, and yet when you think about it, life
is a miracle from beginning to end -- even though it has no
beginning and no end.
Each soul is blessed and encouraged along its way
Always rising ever upward in its journey of The Way
Pause and be still
And you will not lose *your* way!

Seriously, John. Ouija communication (with whatever it is ouija
communicates with) can be fast enough that a good stenographer is
needed to record it. Whole books have been written (e.g., Patience
Worth's novel) through the Ouija in not significantly more time than
it would take to have written it in longhand.
