Since October, I've been attending night classes after work at
Lesley College in Cambridge to get my bachelors degree. As part
of my degree program, I am required to complete a management
research project and I'd like your help.
To help me, all I ask is that you spend a few moments checking off
answers to the attached survey form. This won't take more than 5
minutes of your time. Once you have finished, if you would return
it to me either by interoffice or E-mail, I'd appreciate it.
I'm trying to get at least 100 replies back and I'd appreciate
your help in getting to that number. If you have a problem either
editing or extracting this, please contact me.
Your participation in this matter is totally voluntary and all
replies will only be used for statistical analysis and your
anonymity is guaranteed.
I appreciate your assistance and cooperation with my project and
ask that you return the completed questionaire before July 30,
1990. If you'd like to see the results of the survey, please send
