When are you going to accept the fact that the Lakers did not design
their offense around Wilt, hence many games with zero points against
many other centers, not just Kareem. Get it? Many games, late in
career, very few to zero points, different opposition!
At age 42, Kareem was still in the flow of the Lakers offense,
therefore, he was expected to score. Totally different situation than
Wilt's last year/s.
Like Bob Hunt said, in a good note, as usual, :-), this is a futile
argument. 'Nuff said. I'm outta this one......

| I agree with Hawk.
It's very tough to compare people at different stages in their
careers. Personally, I try to refrain from that kind of thing.
Now, if you were to compare me and Hawk, however, I must
say that I'm much better than he is.... 8^)

| I agree with Chainsaw.
It's very tough to compare people at different stages in their
careers. Personally, I try to refrain from that kind of thing.
Now, if you were to compare me and 'Saw, however, I must
say that I'm much better than he is.... :-)

Well Jeff, I tried give it a couple of days and maybe???? ;^)
Anyway let's talk about Kosar vs. Elway seeing it seem to be a topic that
alot of folks have an opinion on....
For my team I take Bernie and his dresses. He maybe limp wrist and have
a lousy delivery but he is accurate can throw a bomb better than most and
has brains Elway can only dream about. Elway maybe the best athlete, maybe
not with Randall around to play the posistion but is he really a good QB?
He make many spectcular plays but for his career has thrown as many inter-
ceptions as TD's. He also seems to think he is the whole show for the Donks
which hurts the team. I think Bradshaw was right on with his comments last
year.....
