    This looks like a good place to try to get some help, so here goes.
    I have been unable to get a copy of the 1990 ASA Softball Rulebook
    and I am taking the test in Gardner tonight to renew my Umpire
    Certification. It has been a few years since I have umpired, but I
    have been active in the game and still know almost all the rules.
    What I am concerned about is the chance that the 1990 rulebook 
    might contain some significant changes that I should be aware of
    for the test. I do have the 1989 rulebook and have studied it 
    enough to feel comfortable, though there are substitution rules
    that aren't too clear. Have any of you seen the 1990 rule book
    and are there any changes that I should be aware of? I had assumed 
    that the test they give would be mostly questions that pertain to rules
    and situations that haven't changed in years, but it would be nice
    to know if there is any new stuff.
