Please post your Cage Match starting (and reserve) lineups as replies to
    this note.

Remember; Your starting lineup consists of 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE,
1 K, and 1 C. You must list your reserves in order of
preference from 1 to 5 for use as tie-breakers.
This contest follows the FFL rules, ie, no points for defense.
A player scores 3 for throwing a TD pass,
6 for scroring a TD via run or pass
    		    1 for kicking a PAT
    		    3 for kicking a FG
A coach scores 3 if his team wins

I'll tally the scores next Tuesday.

    Mark.

PS: Only put lineups in this note. I'll start another note for
general (official of course) Cage Match Banter.

in 87, Doug Ross' Worthy Dudeks, the C champion, won the title.

So, the C/D divisions, the NFC of the FFL, have won the first two,
while the AFC (A/B divisions) have been whomped, like the girly-mons
    they are!

| Could I ask a really dumb question? What is the cage match, how does it relate to FFL, and is it a one-time thing? Do players used players from their lineups? I don't know much about FFL, so forgive my ignorance... An Enquiring Chainsaw | |||||

| 1) Can I ask why Bubba was put in here when he was facing me in the
A/B semi's? I had 38, does that mean I would have taken it?

    2) The girlymen in division B were boasting they had a championship
in '87... could it be true that they were mistaken? Gee, why doesn't
    it shock me...

There are 4 divisions of 8, each has a separate draft, and some
adaptations of the same rules. It's a 14 week schedule, the
winner of each division face off in A/B and C/D semis in week 15,
and A-D finals week 16. The "also-rans" make up the cage match
undercard.... for the last 2 weeks...

Bubba put himself in. You could have done so as well, but keep in mind that
if you had, I would've started Treadwell as my PK, so you wouldn't have won
anyway.

I may have made a mistake in transcribing the scores from my notes
to this note. I'll re-count shortly. Sorry for the mistakes, but
I've been out of work doing wakes, funeral and that sort of crap.

> If you're gonna do it do it right.....
I agree. Mistakes were not intentional.

| Metz, your corrected score is 34. This puts you in 2nd place behind
Dan. Boomer had 12 points and Sanders had 6. I had it correct
on paper, but made a mistake entering it.

    Sorry for the mixup.

    Your team is *still* scum.
