Hi,
We need advices for a customer with TZ877 connected to HSJ40.
During loading, some cartridges will have "Use Cleaning Tape"
indicator lighted and this indicator will go off when the
"Tape in Use" LED is lighted. The customer has been using this
tape drive for more than a year and they started to noticed
the problem about 3 weeks ago.
The TZ877 default_format is TZ87 COmpression(CLI SELECTED), and
the firmware is DEC 983C.
The Engineer has replaced the tape drive twice, and the loader but
the problem still exist.
I have tried testing the tape cartidges in office, and noticed
that the cartridge also has the same problem as above. After
I init the tape, the problem disappeared.

| How long have the media been used ?.
I've seen simular behaviour with brand new media, so not initialized.
