    It has been over three weeks since I ordered an extension axis assembly
    to troubleshoot a problem of the robot thinking there are cartridges in
    the import/export bins when there are not. You can tell when an
    inventory is performed if the gripper immediately passes by a bin, then 
    it's working, but most of the time, it goes into bar code read/retry mode
    passing across each empty slot multiple times. Is it sensitive to the 
    white paint of the import/export bins vs. the darker color of the library 
    itself? It's been while since I was onsite troubleshooting, but I think 
    if I leave tapes out of the library bins, it successfully sees those as
    empty. I have tried a robotic controller module as suggested by the CSC. 
    
    Any idea why this part (29-32762-01) is taking so long to get here and
    if it has a chance at fixing my problem? Is there a lower assembly
    (sensor) that I could order?

    Well, I finally recevied the extension axis assembly after 4 weeks! I
    installed it and it did fix the problem.
