    I have a customer who has a TZ875 firmware rev. 60 (9b3c) that has
    informed me that he has unknown error displayed on the front panel.
    The tap drive appears to be operating with no problems (nothing in
    Decevent) so we tried power-cycling the drive.  The error still 
    showed up.  I checked with remote support and am told that this 
    problem is showing up elsewhere and it is a firmware bug.
    
    Can anyone tell me the status of this problem as I was told it is
    already reported to engineering?   I also noticed that this was
    posted a while ago with no response.  I need to reply to the customer
    soon,  hopefully with a timeline as to when it is expected to be
    resolved.
    
    For the record the tape drive is on a KZPAA on an Alpha2100.
